If somebody can help point me in the right direction, that would be awesome! I hope that there is just a smaller adapter or cable that provides the extra 10-pin connector input for the "cd-changer" and that I dont have to replace the black box under my dash (which is my existing tuner I suppose?) ![]() I just dont want to waist my time and money buying something I don't need. I am hoping that I do not have to buy an entire new sirius install kit (if that's what I need to support the extra 10-pin connector?) - since they appear to cost $100+, but is that really what I need? I will buy it if somebody can confirm that will do the trick. But, it appears as though I do not yet have everything I need to connect both the Sirius & the ipod interface (which mimics the CD changer, btw). I opened up my dash and tested out the Ipod interface, so I know that works (works really well, with great sound, little dismayed that it does not display the artist/song info from the Ipod, but I am not surprised). I do not have a CD changer, so I believe the kit the dealer installed was a sirius tuner box / install kit that does not support a cd-changer? Some of my searches indicate that there may be / should be an install kit or adapter that supports connecting both a cd changer & the sirius tuner box to the radio (via the 10-pin connector). I have the RB1 nav radio w/ Sirius already installed and working. ![]() ![]() Sorry if this is a dumb question, already did hours of Google searches and forum searches, but still am not clear on what kit/adapter I need to connect my Ipod interface (from PIE)
